About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a Sales Assistant. This role offers the chance to work in a small, collaborative team with opportunities for long-term growth.
Job Description:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting order entry, customer communication, and administrative functions within a combined sales and service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared inbox and respond to incoming orders or requests
- Enter and verify customer orders in the system
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to confirm details or resolve issues
- Keep accurate documentation of all transactions and updates
- Contribute to team projects and provide general support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (email and phone)
- Dependable and punctual — must be able to start no later than 7:30 AM
- Ability to work independently and with a small team
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (option to shorten lunch for earlier end time)
- Work Environment: 100% in-office, free parking available
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
