Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking New Business Case Managers for our client in the insurance industry located in Addison, TX. This role is onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of life insurance applications. You'll act as a liaison between independent agents, internal departments, and insurance carriers, making sure all documentation is complete and processed efficiently.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Communicating with agents via phone and email to collect missing information
  • Entering application data into internal systems using multiple monitors
  • Submitting completed paperwork to insurance carriers
  • Monitoring the progress of applications and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Providing clear, professional customer service and internal communication
  • Supporting team goals and contributing to a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of administrative or operational experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Prior experience in life insurance or financial services industry is a plus
