Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst with 6+ years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll processing, including commission calculations. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll while maintaining compliance and improving processes. Strong Excel skills are required; Rippling experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll (multi-state preferred), including wages, bonuses, and commissions
- Calculate and validate commission-based earnings accurately and on schedule
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and support audits
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with month-end close activities
- Maintain and optimize payroll systems (Rippling preferred)
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency
Qualifications
- 6+ years of payroll experience, including commission calculations
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations
- Experience with payroll systems; Rippling preferred
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
