Location: Philadelphia, PA
Assignment Type: Contract (open-ended)
Compensation: $21 - $22 / hour
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (approximately 37.5 hours/week; occasional flexibility for events)
On-Site or Hybrid: Hybrid (in-office at least two days per week)

An Addison Group client is looking for an Advocacy Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced advocacy and external affairs team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership within an advocacy-focused department
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with meeting preparation, materials, and follow-up documentation
- Support planning and coordination of events, forums, and special initiatives
- Maintain and update records within internal databases and CRM systems
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
