Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for operations and manufacturing-related positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring managers, and can effectively manage competing priorities and urgent staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions across multiple distribution and operations locations
- Recruit for warehouse, manufacturing, operations, and skilled labor positions including pickers, packers, machine operators, forklift operators, and production associates
- Support occasional leadership hiring within operations teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring timelines, expectations, and recruiting strategy
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline data to improve hiring efficiency and provide updates to leadership
- Maintain organization and urgency while balancing shifting priorities and business demands
- Utilize ATS platforms and recruiting systems to manage candidate activity and reporting
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, light industrial, or operations roles preferred
- Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
- Experience using ATS systems and recruiting technologies
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
