Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented Contract Review Specialist to support a large-scale contract analysis initiative. This role will focus on reviewing customer agreements, identifying critical contractual language, and organizing findings into a centralized tracking system for internal business use. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with contracts in a corporate environment and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer contracts to identify important terms, obligations, and risk-related language
- Extract and summarize specific contractual provisions based on internal guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of findings within Excel or similar tracking tools
- Support the development of a searchable and organized contract reference database
- Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) software consistently throughout daily workflows
- Ensure accuracy and completeness when handling high volumes of contract data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to clarify contract-related information
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in contract review, contract administration, legal support, or a related field
- Previous experience in a corporate setting preferred; manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
- Experience working within a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform
- Prior experience supporting a publicly traded company is a plus
