Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This role focuses on recruiting for multiple medical support positions simultaneously and requires someone who can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong communication with both candidates and hiring teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Publish job postings across various platforms, including job boards and professional networking sites
- Coordinate intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and expectations
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates
- Utilize platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to build strong talent pipelines
- Provide consistent updates to hiring managers, including regular progress reports
- Ensure clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively
- Highly organized with solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience recruiting within healthcare or related industries is a plus
