About the Role
Addison Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process and help attract top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards and internal systems
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Extend offers and support negotiation and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including government contracting and corporate roles.
- Experience recruiting in compliance-driven organizations
- Background in HR processes and employee life cycle
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- ATS experience required
- Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools a plus (BI/Dashboards).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
