About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a multi-state healthcare organization, to identify an experienced Compensation Analyst for a project-based engagement. This organization operates across several U.S. markets and is conducting a comprehensive review of its compensation structure.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support a large-scale compensation review initiative. This contract role will focus on evaluating and recalibrating salary ranges, pay bands, and job classifications across multiple states. The analyst will conduct detailed market research and internal pay analysis to ensure compensation structures remain competitive and aligned with geographic variations.
This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. While the expectation is approximately 40 hours per week, work does not need to occur during standard business hours. The project is expected to last at least three months and must be completed prior to a major internal meeting later this summer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of compensation ranges across multiple states
- Analyze internal pay data against current market benchmarks
- Adjust salary bands to reflect geographic differentials (state-by-state variance)
- Evaluate and organize pay structures for approximately 15 job titles spanning 40 classifications
- Compile research findings and supporting documentation for executive review
- Ensure updated compensation frameworks align with existing guardrails and company strategy
- Partner closely with senior HR leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compensation analysis, including salary structure design and market pricing
- Background supporting multi-state organizations with geographic pay differentials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex compensation data
- Experience within the dental industry is required
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- High level of discretion and attention to detail
