Job Description:
Addison Group is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations and client service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with clients and vendors to resolve service-related inquiries
- Manage a personal queue within the internal CRM system
- Maintain accurate CRM activity logs in accordance with internal procedures
- Provide timely updates and resolutions on open tickets and escalated issues
- Coordinate service requests from initiation through to completion
- Handle high-volume email and phone correspondence, including interaction with executive-level contacts
- Review account records to verify pricing and service details
- Conduct web-based research to support customer needs
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and strengthen business relationships
- Adhere to assigned schedule and attendance expectations
- Participate in rotating on-call shifts and work holidays when business needs require
- Support other business functions and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility are essential
