Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role focuses on administrative coordination, employee support, and assisting with key HR processes that contribute to an organized and positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation coordination
- Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records
- Support HR reporting by compiling data and generating routine reports
- Help coordinate employee-focused initiatives such as recognition programs and internal events
- Maintain and update employee files in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role preferred
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
