Job Description
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Sales Support Administrator. This position plays a key role in supporting project workflows by preparing customer quotes, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout each phase of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute several new customer quotes daily using pricing and specifications provided by leadership
- Update and resend revised quotes as project details evolve
- Review purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal systems and approved pricing
- Accurately enter, verify, and maintain quote and order information
- Communicate with customers primarily via email regarding new and revised quotes, with occasional outbound calls as needed
- Provide status updates and coordinate next steps with Project Managers and Sales teams
- Track project-related tasks to help ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and address potential issues proactively to keep projects moving forward
- Follow established procedures while adapting to occasional manual processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales support or project support experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience working within Work Operating System and an ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
