Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support both remotely and deskside
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove customer service to employees at all levels of the organization
• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets through ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, connectivity, audio, and driver-related issues
• Prepare and deploy new PCs for new hires and assist with large-scale refresh initiatives
• Install, configure, replace, and maintain desktop computers, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment
• Support new hire onboarding and employee separation processes following documented procedures
• Draft and distribute outage and all-clear communications to employees
• Follow up on resolved incidents to ensure user satisfaction
• Escalate recurring or complex issues as needed to support long-term resolution
• Collaborate with Application Analysts and infrastructure teams on IT rollouts and initiatives
• Assist with field operations visits when required
• Help establish and improve help desk processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2–4+ years of IT industry experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills for computers, systems, and peripherals
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Experience managing help desk queues and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Ability to diagnose issues effectively and take ownership of resolutions
