Job Overview
Handles installation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing support of systems and equipment. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues, implements preventative maintenance, and develops process documentation for reliability and safety. Evaluates system performance, recommends solutions, and may coordinate technical activities across teams. Applies technical knowledge to ensure efficient operations and equipment lifecycle support. We provide onsite training to learn the specifics or the equipment you will be working with. Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Deliver on-site service and remote troubleshooting support for equipment and control systems
- Install, validate, and maintain industrial devices and machinery
- Collaborate across departments to ensure reliable system performance
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to reduce downtime
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide service work
- Document processes, service records, and technical findings accurately
- Troubleshoot equipment to evaluate and improve performance
- Provide remote support to assist end users troubleshoot equipment

What We Are Looking For:
- Background in maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting any mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical equipment or systems (hands-on or classroom experience)
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and general automation concepts
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Understanding of lifecycle maintenance and reliability practices
- Understanding of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) preferred
- Exposure to conveyor systems or robotics is a plus, but not required
