Job Description:

The Compliance, HRIS Administrator will support HR compliance and HRIS functions with a strong emphasis on Form I-9 verification and e-Verify processing. This role requires experience managing large volumes of employee documentation while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and data integrity within the HR system. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a multi-site organization and is comfortable working within a structured, deadline-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and review electronic Form I-9 documentation for accuracy and federal compliance standards
  • Initiate and manage e-Verify cases, including monitoring and resolving Tentative Non-Confirmations (TNCs)
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to correct documentation discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Perform routine audits, generate reports, and assist with system testing and data cleanup initiatives
  • Support HR compliance projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information


Qualifications:

  • 1.5–2+ years of HRIS or high-volume data entry experience required
  • Direct experience processing and auditing I-9 verifications required
  • Experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ employees across multiple states
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR systems, data structures, and compliance processes
