Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 / Annually / dependent on applicable experience

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support full-cycle payroll processing in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role will handle payroll preparation, employee data updates, timekeeping review, and payroll reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
Experience with UKG highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and timelines
- Review timekeeping records for accuracy and follow up with managers on corrections as needed
- Maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, and deductions
- Audit payroll entries for accuracy and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations and internal audits
- Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism and prompt communication
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of payroll experience; full-cycle processing required
- UKG Experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, garnishments, and compliance
- Experience with timekeeping and HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Proficiency with Excel and reporting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
