Compensation: $27.00 – $33.00 / Hourly (Dependent on applicable experience)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Overview

A Minneapolis‑based organization is seeking a Collections / Credit Analyst to support their AR, collections, and credit review processes. This individual will manage a portfolio of accounts, communicate with customers to resolve past‑due balances, review creditworthiness, and assist with reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer‑focused, and comfortable working with high‑volume AR activity.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily collections activity for assigned customer accounts
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email to resolve payment delays
  • Review and analyze credit applications, financial data, and payment trends
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, short pays, and disputes
  • Maintain detailed notes and follow‑up actions in the ERP system
  • Prepare aging reports and identify high‑risk accounts
  • Support credit limit reviews and recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Billing, Customer Service, and AR teams
  • Assist with month‑end reporting and special projects


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of collections, credit analysis, or accounts receivable experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through
