Location: Plymouth, MN – Local Minnesota candidates only
Compensation: $24–$27/hour dependent on applicable experience

Job Description:
We are partnering with a growing organization in Plymouth to identify an AR Clerk to support day-to-day accounts receivable and accounting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with some accounting, billing, or administrative experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to continue building their accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable and daily cash application activities
- Process and post customer payments accurately and timely
- Assist with customer invoicing and account maintenance
- Research payment discrepancies and outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records
- Respond to internal and external questions related to invoices and payments
- Support account reconciliations and other accounting activities as needed
- Assist the accounting team with additional projects and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous accounting, accounts receivable, billing, or related administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Must be local to Minnesota
