Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day purchasing process for non-inventory items and services.
- Create, maintain, and track purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain purchasing records and tracking information using Excel.
- Communicate with various internal departments to clarify requests and ensure all required information is received before processing.
- Provide administrative support related to purchasing and accounts payable activities.
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when managing documentation and requests.
Looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professional email correspondence.
- Is comfortable working in Excel for data entry, tracking, record maintenance, and file management.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Is open to entry-level opportunities and interested in developing a career in accounting, finance, or related business functions.
- Brings prior customer service, administrative, or office support experience, which is highly transferable to this role.
