A well-established, mission-driven organization is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead and execute a comprehensive, omnichannel marketing strategy.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving member growth, brand awareness, and revenue across multiple markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute full marketing strategy across digital, traditional, and community channels
- Drive acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives
- Lead brand positioning and campaign development
- Manage marketing budget, vendors, and agency relationships
- Leverage data and analytics to optimize performance and ROI
- Partner closely with executive leadership on growth strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
What You Bring
- 5+ years leading marketing teams or senior-level marketing leadership experience
- Strong omnichannel marketing background (digital + traditional)
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and CRM tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
