About the Opportunity
A high-growth autonomous systems company is seeking a Senior Director of Product to lead a flagship offering focused on real-time operations. This is a mission-critical leadership role driving next-generation technology used by mission critical systems across the country.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a complex hardware + software platform
- Drive product vision across cloud platforms, real-time operations, and connected devices
- Partner closely with Engineering, GTM, and customers to scale adoption
- Lead product roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact features
- Engage directly with customers to deeply understand workflows and pain points
- Ensure successful product launches and ongoing platform reliability
What You Bring
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience building and scaling enterprise-grade solutions
- Strong technical background (comfortable with engineering tradeoffs)
- Experience with IoT, cloud-connected devices, or real-time systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results
- Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in defense, or government environments
- Background in drones, robotics, or real-time operations platforms
- Experience working with mission-critical systems
Key Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week
- Willingness to travel (~50%)
