About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Onboarding Supervisor. This company is focused on operational excellence and employee development, offering a structured and supportive environment for new hires.
Job Description:
The Onboarding Supervisor will oversee the full onboarding lifecycle for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and leadership teams to deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day onboarding activities for new hires across multiple departments
- Supervise onboarding staff and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
- Coordinate orientation sessions, training schedules, and required documentation
- Ensure all onboarding processes align with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to streamline onboarding workflows and improve the new hire experience
- Monitor onboarding metrics and identify opportunities for process enhancements
- Address and resolve onboarding-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to onboarding activities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, training, or HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

- This is an on-site role based in San Antonio, TX
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on onboarding schedules
