Position Overview:
A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support provider enrollment and credentialing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring providers are properly credentialed, compliant, and able to deliver care without delays.
This is a fully onsite position based in Addison, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes
- Maintain and audit provider records for accuracy and compliance
- Submit and track enrollment and revalidation applications
- Conduct follow-up with insurance payors to ensure timely processing
- Support provider onboarding by coordinating with internal teams
- Assist with out-of-state Medicaid enrollments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
- Manage provider contracting and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Respond to provider inquiries and resolve credentialing issues
- Partner with revenue cycle, clinical, and administrative teams
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of credentialing, provider enrollment, or related experience
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems and billing platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Background in behavioral health or provider credentialing
- Experience working with payer portals and enrollment systems
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
