Job Description

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, assisting a team, and handling a variety of administrative tasks in a professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
  • Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Support scheduling, correspondence, and other routine office needs
  • Assist team members with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable, professional, and punctual
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, able to multitask, and follow direction
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
