Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: South Houston

Pay: $31.25-$33.65/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel-related commitments
  • Monitor, review, and respond to emails on behalf of leadership, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and managing logistics.
  • Oversee insurance renewals and ensure all related documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Set up new vendors and serve as the primary liaison between vendors and the company.
  • Support general administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in email, calendar management, and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
