Job Duties:
· Manage the full accounts receivable process for approximately 150 tenants, including new customer setup, generating and sending invoices, and posting payments.
· Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and perform soft collections on accounts approximately 30 days past due.
· Maintain accurate billing records and communicate with tenants regarding invoicing and payment inquiries.
· Process accounts payable transactions, including entering invoices and maintaining vendor records.
· Code expenses accurately and ensure proper allocation to general ledger accounts.
· Match, batch, and code invoices in preparation for payment processing.
· Prepare and print paper checks for vendor payments.
· Set up and maintain vendor documentation, including W-9s, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and workers’ compensation records.
· Assist with general accounting functions, including maintaining general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
· Apply basic accounting knowledge, including an understanding of debits and credits, to ensure accurate financial records.
· Proficient in general computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as basic use of a 10-key calculator.
· Experience coordinating with IT for website updates and maintenance.
· Perform receptionist and phone operator duties, including answering and directing incoming calls.
· Handle general office administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, ordering office supplies, and managing correspondence.
· Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support detailed tracking and reconciliation of various general ledger accounts.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of accounting experience, specifically in AR or AP.
· Proficient computer skills in programs such as Adobe, Access, MS Office Products and ERP system.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
· Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and customers.
