Our partnership began when the client won projects with two federal agencies in Northern Virginia. They need contract roles to support the sudden demand for varying projects. In the second year, the client partnered with another federal agency due to an uptick in financial fraud. This new partnership prompted the client to turn to Addison Group once again to help them find qualified candidates to handle a high inbound call volume to confirm someone’s identity, restore it, and secure and initiate payments to the individuals who filed the refund.

To facilitate a faster and more effective on-boarding process, Addison provided a steady stream of 10-30 candidates a week to start new hire and training classes. Our team did such an exemplary job for the client that they converted 120 candidates to permanent leadership positions at the company.

Our success in filling the customer financial services roles led to Addison being selected to support their implementation of NetSuite (a cloud-based software) through Bridgepoint Consulting – an Addison Group Company. The Bridgepoint-Addison affiliation streamlined the assessment of the client’s needs and, hence, quickened the overall implementation. Afterward, Addison took over the project and placed an additional four candidates to build their corporate finance and accounting infrastructure – something that is still thriving today.
