Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing accounting team supporting general ledger and rebate-related accounting activities. This role was added due to continued growth and will work closely with accounting leadership to support month-end close, reconciliations, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries
- Prepare and review complex balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and support financial statement preparation
- Prepare and analyze rebate-related calculations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Perform analytical reviews to identify variances, trends, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Support margin and performance analysis by product line and provide reporting for senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, enhance automation, and strengthen internal controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong general ledger accounting experience; exposure to rebates, revenue, or cost accounting preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
