Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Receptionist Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive front office experience

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments

• Maintain and organize front desk operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and meeting room bookings

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, ensuring all information is up to date

• Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, copying, and preparing documents


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills
