An Addison Group client is looking for an Inside Sales Representative!
Job Responsibilities:
- Grow the client base by engaging former and prospective clients and consistently increasing the number of people served
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate client referrals through phone outreach to healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and keep them informed about the organization’s services
- Educate care coordination organizations on available home care services
- Represent the organization professionally and knowledgeably within the healthcare community
- Resolve client and caregiver concerns with compassion and care
- Collaborate with the broader growth team to support shared goals
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Strong phone presence and comfort with high-volume outbound calling
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a persuasive yet active-listening style
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan your day and prioritize competing demands independently
- Empathy for clients and families receiving care
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Excel), EMR systems, and general accounting software
- Familiarity with web-based home health database software
- Preferred: 1+ years of recent experience in a home care agency, marketing role, or other healthcare setting
- Preferred: Experience working with consumers, seniors, and their families
- Preferred: Knowledge of Medicaid and home care waiver programs, including CHC
- Preferred: Experience with HHAeXchange
