About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Corporate Lodging Coordinator to support a fast-paced, service-driven team. This organization values efficiency, accuracy, and a high level of internal support, and is looking for someone who can contribute to both travel coordination and cost-saving initiatives.
Job Description:
The Corporate Lodging Coordinator will oversee employee travel arrangements while identifying opportunities to reduce costs through strategic vendor negotiations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with hotels and other travel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including lodging accommodations
- Communicate with hotels and vendors to secure competitive rates, including extended stays and chain-wide agreements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and take initiative to negotiate improved pricing
- Utilize travel platforms to manage and track reservations
- Support administrative tasks related to travel operations
Qualifications:
- Experience negotiating hotel rates or working closely with lodging accommodations
- Background in travel coordination or similar administrative support role
- Familiarity with Concur or comparable systems such as Navan, Egencia, TravelPerk, itilite, Brex, or Ramp
- Ability to recognize cost-saving opportunities and confidently negotiate
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Additional Details:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
- Hybrid work environment (in-office Tuesday–Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
