Job Description:
Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our client's Talent Acquisition team during a period of increased hiring. This remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced technical recruiter who can manage multiple searches, engage hard-to-reach talent and partner with hiring leaders to fill critical roles through the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for approximately 4–5 open requisitions at a time across technical functions, including Engineering, Product and Data/Analytics.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish candidate profiles and develop effective interview processes.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, facilitate hiring discussions and guide candidates through the offer and closing process.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, monitor recruiting metrics and ensure candidates progress through each stage efficiently.
- Develop and refine recruiting workflows, templates and evaluation tools to improve consistency and hiring outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while maintaining timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including recruiting for senior-level technical positions such as Software Engineers and Product Managers.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple technical searches in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, organization, critical thinking and time-management skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, prioritize competing needs and manage the recruitment process independently.
- Available to interview this week and able to commit through December 22, 2026.
Additional Details:
- Hours per week: 40
- Interview process: Two virtual interview rounds, including an initial meeting with the Talent Acquisition leader followed by a panel interview with People leadership and another stakeholder.
- Interview availability: Candidates should be available to interview this week.
- Start date: Targeting the week of November 2, 2026.
- Equipment: A company-issued laptop will be provided.
- Assignment end date: December 22, 2026.
