About Our Client:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing organization in the technology industry, to identify an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will play an important role in attracting top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting recruiting efforts for specialized positions across the organization.
Job Description:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial hiring discussions and candidate sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can develop effective sourcing strategies, build relationships with stakeholders, and manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting for data center or technical infrastructure positions is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish candidate requirements, recruitment priorities, and interview plans.
- Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods.
- Provide hiring teams with insights on candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to support a positive experience.
- Track recruiting activity and evaluate metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with applicable employment regulations and fair hiring standards.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closing strategies.
- Share recruiting best practices and provide guidance to fellow recruiters as needed.
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives to strengthen the organization's ability to attract qualified talent.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including searches for specialized or senior-level positions.
- Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and engaging qualified passive candidates.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Additional Details:
- Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with approximately 3–4 days per week in the office.
