Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within a healthcare setting
- 5+ years of clinical nursing experience required; 10+ years preferred
- Background in acute care, inpatient hospital settings, and/or trauma environments strongly preferred
- Experience leading high-performing clinical teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and operational management skills
- Previous experience with Epic EMR is highly preferred
Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization, to identify an experienced RN leader for a Case Management leadership opportunity. This role will oversee daily operations within a collaborative clinical resource management team focused on patient throughput, discharge planning, and care coordination across inpatient services.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving healthcare environment and enjoys working closely alongside their team to drive operational excellence and patient outcomes.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, onsite position
- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Leaders are expected to remain accessible for occasional after-hours or weekend operational questions as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary case management team within an inpatient hospital setting
- Partner with department leadership to improve operational workflows, staffing coordination, and patient discharge processes
- Provide guidance and support to frontline managers and clinical staff
- Monitor department performance metrics and communicate updates to leadership as needed
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-centered team culture
- Assist with strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts, and system transitions
- Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency
- Serve as a visible and engaged leader who actively supports team members in day-to-day operations

Additional Details:
- This opportunity is open due to an internal organizational transition and restructuring initiative
- The department supports operations seven days a week, requiring leaders to maintain occasional accessibility outside standard business hours
