About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a busy specialty clinic seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable managing patient flow while maintaining excellent customer service.

 

Job Description:

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and registration. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to handle a high volume of patients daily.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance coverage and update patient information.
  • Complete patient registration and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage front desk workflow in a high-volume environment (140–180 patients daily across multiple providers).
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Work within EMR systems to manage patient data and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Front desk experience in a high-volume medical setting required.
  • Experience with Epic EMR strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical.
