Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
- High school diploma or GED required
- Required Bilingual Spanish
- Exposure to construction or a related field is required
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and basic Excel)
Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy construction-focused office. This is a contract opportunity covering a leave of absence, with strong potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs.
This role is primarily focused on email-based customer support, coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming customer service emails from clients and field teams
- Coordinate scheduling of field personnel and supervisors for service and repair work
- Handle inbound calls on a shared customer service line (limited volume)
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including basic job costing assistance
- Maintain accurate records within internal job tracking systems
