Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations on a fast-paced construction site. This role requires strong organizational skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to manage documentation and administrative processes in a high-volume environment. Ideal candidates are proactive, dependable, and comfortable working with a variety of personalities while ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
Manage documentation, tracking logs, and daily reporting
Follow up on background checks and onboarding/orientation processes
Coordinate with HR and project leadership to ensure compliance requirements are met
Create and maintain Word documents and Excel trackers
Review paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Proactively follow up on outstanding items and documentation
Assist with general administrative coordination on-site
Support reporting and recordkeeping for project activities
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience in administrative support; construction environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
Reliable transportation required
