Job Description:
The HR Administrative Clerk will support daily human resources operations by assisting employees, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating various HR-related processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries via in-person interactions, phone, and digital communication platforms
- Provide support for HR-related calls and direct inquiries to appropriate resources when needed
- Assist employees with navigating and resolving issues within the HRIS/payroll system
- Complete employment verification requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire documentation and separations
- Process and manage required employment eligibility documentation and compliance records
- Distribute payroll checks and assist with related inquiries
- Scan and route incoming mail or documents to appropriate internal contacts
- Prepare and submit recruitment and workforce-related reports
- Assist with expense submissions such as travel reimbursements
- Support workers’ compensation cases and ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Participate in special projects and company initiatives throughout the year
- Perform system audits and data clean-up at the end of seasonal cycles
- Assist with employment documentation for visa-related workforce programs
- Coordinate logistics for employee arrivals, orientations, and required meetings
- Communicate workforce updates with internal teams and stakeholders
- Distribute and collect employee documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Open to entry-level candidates as well as experienced professionals
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
Additional Details:
- Direct hire opportunity

- Standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility in scheduling
