About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant who will support multiple business teams and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment.


Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to key departments responsible for underwriting and related business functions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining organization across projects, tracking progress on active deals, and ensuring documentation and communications are handled efficiently.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams while managing a variety of administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track the status and progress of underwriting placements, including distribution of materials, approvals, and final outcomes
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings while managing multiple team members’ calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Review shared team inboxes to ensure requests and outstanding items are addressed promptly
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining documentation related to deals and contractual items
  • Support communication and coordination between departments, leadership, and external partners
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient team operations


Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of administrative or operational support experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments or stakeholders
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a team-oriented environment
