Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an Account Representative for a fully remote contract opportunity. This individual will play a key role in supporting customer relationships, coordinating account activity, and assisting with sales and operational support initiatives. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account-related support

• Assist with account setup, licensing coordination, and contract administration

• Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system

• Partner with internal teams including sales, marketing, and support to ensure a positive customer experience

• Help troubleshoot and resolve initial customer issues related to products and services

• Prepare reports and assist with tracking account activity and performance metrics

• Support outreach efforts and identify opportunities to expand customer engagement

• Conduct research for prospective client accounts and assist with onboarding activities

• Coordinate trial access requests and support account growth initiatives

• Adapt to shifting priorities and provide administrative support across multiple projects as needed


Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service, account management, or client support experience

• Prior experience within a nonprofit or association environment preferred

• Experience working with CRM platforms required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Quick learner with a proactive and resourceful mindset

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
