The client was rapidly expanding and had acquired multiple companies in a short period of time. Due to their fast-paced growth, the internal staff lacked the bandwidth and expertise to lead their M&A projects in-house. The client had an urgent need for qualified talent who could take charge of their M&A projects.

Understanding the critical nature and immediate need for these roles, Addison Group quickly set up meetings with the client to learn more about the organization’s culture and skillsets needed to perform the job effectively. Addison qualified and placed skilled IT and Finance staff to lead M&A projects and streamline processes for core accounting and finance functions.
Throughout the engagement, Addison staffed more than 80 consultants, including Project Managers and Team Leads. The professionals Addison placed successfully integrated the newly acquired companies into the client’s finance and HR/payroll systems, applications, and products in data processing (SAP) instances. They also implemented SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Maximo to the new facilities. The Addison contractors led end-to-end implementation efforts while onboarding and training staff on all new technologies at the organization.
Addison Group also placed skilled contractors to implement programs such as SuccessFactors Employee Central, talent management, onboarding, compensation and variable pay, succession planning, goals and performance management, plus workforce analytics.
