Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Sourcer to support our client’s Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on scheduling, coordination, and early-stage recruiting efforts for a high volume of open positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with people, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate visits, including office tours and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure timely candidate updates.
- Post job openings on relevant industry platforms and manage recruitment communications.
- Assist in creating presentations, reports, and other recruitment materials.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance candidate experience and compliance.
- Support early career recruiting initiatives and campus outreach events.
- Collaborate with recruiting leads to review applicants and identify top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Outlook required.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional, personable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, creative work environment.
- Prior experience sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews strongly preferred.

- 100% on-site – remote work is not available
