Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor within the Corporate FP&A team, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision making
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages used by executive leadership
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support forecasting and business analysis
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and business leaders to manage expenses and improve financial visibility
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability
- Assist in preparation of executive presentations and board-level materials
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity
- Complete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development
