About Our Client:
Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long-term conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Job Description:
The Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard-to-fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple openings while driving talent strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 active openings
- Source and attract candidates for technical, sales, engineering, and niche roles
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions
- Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
- Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards to manage candidate flow
- Perform consistent outbound outreach including calls, networking, and follow-ups
- Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain strong pipeline activity
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill positions
- Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and cold-calling capabilities
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
