This is an exciting opportunity with one of our top non-profit clients looking for a Staff Accountant. They are looking for someone who has prior Staff Accountant experience and can start immediately. This is a great opportunity with potential to convert after 6-9 months!
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· Non-profit industry required
· Strong communication skills
· 2-3 years of accounting experience
· Professional, personable, and has strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
· Perform financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
· Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
· Prepare and analyze financial statements
· Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
· Conduct bank reconciliations on a regular basis
· Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
