Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accounts receivable including billing, cash applications, and collections.
- Assist with accounts payable as needed.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts including journal entries and account analysis.
- Research discrepancies and prepare reports.
- Assist with audit preparation.
Requirements:
· Experience with ASC 606
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Compliance:
· Background check and drug screen
