Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Our people are our most valuable asset.
Nothing matters more to us than the well-being of our employees, their overall experience, and trust in our organization that we are truly here for them.
EMPLOYEE-LED INITIATIVES
We value our diversity
Our different experiences and perspectives are our strengths.
No two people, ideologies, or thoughts are the same. Our goal is simple – empower, invest, and advocate for the importance of a diverse workforce.
Addison Group’s organization-wide DEI Advisory Board focuses on doing just that – ensuring an equitable workforce. Every candidate, consultant, and employee is included, accepted, and welcomed. Simply put, we are more than a company – we are people, trusted advisors, and leaders of change.
-
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Board is made up of professionals across our Addison Group brands who are experts in their field. Their guidance, subject matter expertise, and familiarity with our industry, combined with their passion for DEI, propels our DEI efforts forward.
The DEI Advisory Board is made up of employees from all levels of the organization and work closely with the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Program Manager on organizational needs across our brands.

We aim to provide safe and supportive groups for employees with shared experiences to foster their professional growth and contribute to personal development at work. Employee resource groups (ERGs) are employee-led and are intended to advocate for and represent different groups of individuals in our society.
Our ERGs host a variety of events such as:
- Career development and mentorship
- Learning sessions
- Fundraising and community outreach
- Volunteer opportunities
- In-person and virtual events
-
Supporting our communities
As part of our team, you’re able to use floater holidays for volunteering and supporting causes you care about in your local community. We also continue to add additional holidays to our annual floater holiday schedule, allowing more opportunities for our employees to celebrate cultural events that are important to them.
-
Recognized for our alliance
Our employee-led advisory board organizes events throughout the year to foster inclusion, build community, and increase engagement with causes and organizations we feel are important.
In 2021, DLC, an Addison Group company, was awarded the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) Exemplary Engagement Award for networking participation, mentorship, and recruiting efforts of qualified MBA candidates.
