Job Responsibilities:
· Create and send out all Accounts Receivable invoices
· Perform job costing duties, unbilled meetings, reporting, analysis
· Manage collection activities
· Assist with Accounts Payable department as needed
Requirements:
· Degree – Preferred
· Construction invoicing experience
· Cost Accounting / Job Cost
· AIA Billing
· Account reconciliations
· Foundation – Preferred
· Excel Skills
