Job Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain client IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the Tier III escalation point
- Ensure systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability
- Recommend improvements to enhance client environments
- Collaborate with Tier I & II techs and training staff to support clients effectively
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years in IT support or systems administration
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Virtualization expertise (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Router/firewall configuration skills (Fortigate preferred)
- Proficiency in Windows OS (7-11) and Microsoft Office suites
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controllers
- Wireless networking experience (Meraki preferred)
- Familiarity with Fortinet, Meraki, and Unifi equipment
- Cloud computing and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
- Prior experience in an MSP or IT consulting environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus)
