Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing organization serving the hospitality and retail sectors. This company is expanding its footprint and looking for a strategic marketing leader to elevate brand presence and drive revenue growth across multiple markets.
Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, oversee campaign execution, and support business development initiatives. This role will focus on strengthening market visibility, generating qualified leads, and aligning marketing efforts with company growth objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience building marketing infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance visibility within hospitality and retail markets
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website strategy, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to create targeted campaigns that drive pipeline growth
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and creative partners
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Oversee content development including case studies, proposals, presentations, and collateral
- Support event marketing efforts, trade shows, and industry networking initiatives
- Manage marketing budget and ensure strong ROI on initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred
- Background in construction, hospitality, retail, or related industries strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing growth-focused marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels

- This is an on-site role based in San Antonio, TX
- Reports directly to executive leadership
